Service Technicians

  • Maintain and repair heating, cooling, plumbing, ventilation, and related systems.
  • Perform heating system cleanings.
  • Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning units with electronic and mechanical components.
  • Install and maintain ductwork.
  • Troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, fuel/water supply lines.
  • Keep service van stocked and orderly.
  • Keep current with office paperwork.
  • Work overtime and be available to work weekends and evenings when needed for on call rotation.
Service

Oil Burner Technicians

  • Inspect and perform routine maintenance on heating systems such as cleaning filters, lubricating, and checking refrigerant levels.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions, including troubleshooting electrical components, replacing faulty parts, and fixing leaks.
  • Test heating systems for proper functioning.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, including parts replaced and customer information.
Boiler

Drivers

  • Class A CDL: Operate combination vehicles with a gross combination weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 pounds or more, and a towed vehicle with a GCWR of over 10,000 pounds. This includes tractor-trailers, trucks with trailers, and other heavy vehicles.
  • Class B CDL: Permits you to drive single vehicles with a GCWR of 26,001 pounds or more, or vehicles towing a trailer with a GCWR of less than 10,000 pounds. This includes dump trucks, and some other heavy trucks.
  • Class C CDL (a plus): This class is for smaller vehicles, including those carrying hazardous materials. It also covers vehicles not covered by Class A or B.
